💥 The Business Activators - A workshop to take you from information to action 💥
⁉️ Are you working in a small business and looking for ways to ensure you are evolving and growing?
➡️ Then this workshop is for you! ⬅️
Covering the four essentials of HR, marketing, finance and safety, we’re bringing four dynamic businesswomen – and small business owners themselves – to your town!
We run 3-hour interactive workshops that will help you to figure out your plan of attack, so that you leave the session knowing what your next priorities are.
The aim of The Business Activators workshop is to EDUCATE and INSPIRE.
We’ve kept our workshops short enough to allow you time out from your business, but long enough to ensure you’ll get the essential information you need.
And even better – we’ve kept the price point low! We know there are so many difficult cost centres in any business and we don’t want to make this yet another ‘difficult to pay’ for workshop.
We want this to be an easy decision.
⚫️ WHAT THE SESSION WILL COVER ⚫️
☑️ HUMAN RESOURCES
Having experience running large HR teams, as well as running her own small business, Seed People Consulting founder, Stacey Kelly, will step you through your core people compliance requirements, as well as things for you to consider to take your business to the next level - by getting the most out of your people.
The session will also include an informal and interactive Question & Answer time, where she will answer your burning questions on all things HR.
Amanda Gascoigne of The Biz Buddy and Amanda Gascoigne Coaching & Consulting will be talking about: Why Embracing Your Business’s Numbers will give you a better business and a better life!
It’s time to embrace your business’s numbers.
To be empowered by them.
To be more financial savvy.
To be in control and able to make better business and life decisions.
Let your accountant and the ATO use your numbers after you have!
In Amanda’s session she will give you practical tips that she has shared with her clients for over 20 years in a fun way without all the jargon so many accountants insist on using which has you leaving their office in a headspin. You will leave the session with a whole new outlook and mindset on why it is so important to have ownership of your numbers, finance and taxes and you will be geared up to start having a very different conversation with your accountant!
Technology moves fast and many of the new inventions in the business space have revolved around marketing – meaning there is a lot more to know and it can feel really overwhelming! But Holly Martin, of The Marketing GP understands this and is passionate about helping small businesses to go back to basics with marketing and first understand who they want to be their customer and what they want to say to them. It’s only then that it’s time to start looking at the different tools available to you.
She’s a whizz at taking one piece of marketing content and using it many ways. So in her session you will brainstorm your ideal client, as well as learn how to develop your key messages and understand how to leverage your marketing content.
Having worked for 20 years in safety, Sarah-Jane Dunford of Riskology and The Safety Academy of Australia cuts through the jargon and gives a practical understanding of the due diligence requirements for small to medium business owners and how to apply that in your workplace.
